Meet Jace Vergara
I’m Jace Vergara, the owner of The Real Estate HUB and several other brands. As a multi-purpose entrepreneur, I’m passionate about creating multiple streams of income through diverse ventures.


Based in Ironwood, Michigan, I’m a real estate investor specializing in wholesale deals, with ambitions to expand into building and developing properties in the coming years. Ironwood’s unique real estate opportunities—affordable properties and untapped potential—fuel my drive to grow my portfolio and share what I’ve learned.

Beyond real estate, I’m a stock and cryptocurrency investor, a dedicated gamer, and a father who values family and community.

Two years ago, I began actively engaging with my Ironwood community, teaching others about real estate wholesaling, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
